BOOKING CONDITIONS

The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Late check-out: 50% of the cost of the room , in agreement with the reception before 18:00

CANCELLATION POLICY

- CANCELLATION WITH DEPOSIT
If the booking is canceled having already paid the deposit, this will not be lost, but will be kept valid for a subsequent stay in the current year.

- NO SHOW
If the customer does not show up, without warning, the deposit will be retained entirely.

- EARLY DEPARTURE
If the customer decides to terminate his stay in advance of the dates set out the reservation will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of one room, for the remaining days up to 3 days.
